Dr. Erin Visscher, DNP, FNP-C, CNM, is a dual board-certified nurse practitioner with over 20 years of experience spanning both OB/GYN and family practice. She brings a thoughtful, relationship-centered approach to care, with particular expertise in women’s health and hormone optimization. Dr. Visscher is deeply committed to true informed consent, not “informed coercion”, and believes that patients deserve clear, unbiased education so they can make confident decisions about their health. She prioritizes shared decision-making, taking the time to ensure each patient fully understands their options, risks, and benefits.

In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Visscher has contributed extensively to medical education. She previously held an adjunct faculty appointment at the University of Colorado and has precepted students from a wide range of programs, including Frontier Nursing University, Regis University, and the University of Colorado. She has trained and mentored CNM, WHNP, FNP, PA, MD, and DO students, reflecting her passion for teaching and advancing high-quality, patient-centered care.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Visscher enjoys life with her husband, Lucas, and their son. She is a competitive ballroom and country dancer and shares her home with three dogs and a cat.
